With the slogan "You too can #BeSpacial" the first StartupWeekend Space in Europe takes place on 10-12th April 2015. Hosted at Bremen’s Innovation and Technology Centre (BITZ), the event is designed to generate several lean space startup concepts within 60 hours. The aim is to give people with non-space backgrounds the opportunity to find an entry into the space sector by using their special skills – like once Design & Data Managing Director Sebastian Marcu did. He now operates as the event’s co-lead.
